What are the shipping rates?
U.S. Orders - Flat Rate $10.00 per order + $2.00 per item
Canada Orders - $15.00 per order + $3.00 per item
International Orders - $22.00 per order + $3.00 per item

What is your returns policy?
We must be notified via email if there is an issue with your product within 7 days of you receiving your item(s). Please do not ship anything back to PerfectKickz, without first contacting us as all returns must receive prior approval before anything is shipped back.

If an item is damaged or defective we will issue a full refund including your shipping costs.
If you would like to simply return an item due to sizing issues or any other reason, the item must be returned in new unused condition with all it's packaging in tact; we will then provide you the option of a refund or an equivalent exchange, when possible.

How long will my item(s) take to arrive?
We ship all items within (1-2) Weeks of an order being placed. So, if you place an order on Monday at 8pm, the latest it will ship is Thursday. If you place an order on Thursday the latest it will ship is the next week Tuesday. Please note also that orders placed after 5pm Eastern time are treated as if they were placed the next day.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail and you can expect delivery typically within 5 to 7 business days. International orders will typically take 7 to 16 business days depending on the country the order is being shipped to.
